## Synopsis

You planned two hours a day. You lasted two days. Then an old gym coach asked one question: "Can you do two minutes?" Theo joins a gym and pins a plan to his wall: two hours every day, starting Monday. A month later every box on the plan is crossed out in red, and a spider has moved in on his gym bag.
