Eligibility
Works must be created primarily with AI as a central creative element. Films must run more than two minutes, non-English dialogue requires English subtitles, entrants must hold all content rights, and trailers, demo reels and specified prohibited content are excluded.

Selection process
A pre-selection committee reviews all films before the announced AIMA jury evaluates finalists across the published award categories.
