About the festival
The festival accepts standalone films of at least three minutes in any genre; three to five minutes is recommended, with longer films eligible. Screening and jury review follow submission through Cinema Studio.
The organizer lists September 16 as the closing date and says the shortlist will be announced soon. Winners are scheduled for the last week of October 2026; no shortlist or winner names have been published yet.

Entry criteria
2026 Global Film Festival published rules
Open where legally permitted to registered Higgsfield users aged 18 or older, working alone or in teams of up to four; a paid subscription is not required to submit. Each entry must be a standalone film of at least three minutes, created through the festival project in Cinema Studio.
Eligible submissions pass screening and a shortlist before the announced film-industry jury delivers its verdict; a separate audience-choice award is also published.
