Brutal Seoul

In a devastated future Seoul, resurrected dinosaurs have become weapons and rival factions fight over the ruins. A whistle-speaking girl who can communicate with the creatures is claimed as a symbol by people trapped in old wars. Refusing their demands, she sets out to define her own identity and confront the cycle that turns hope into despair.
